Error in C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\WMADMOE.DLL

    Everytime I try to scan disk or defragment I get this error.

    "Scan has been cancelled because an error occurred in file C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\WMADMOE.DLL"​

    I am running Windows XP Home. If anyone can help me that would be great.

    OK, I downloaded it but then it asks what I want to open it with. I have no clue what to do after I download this. Can you help me out? Also, should I have downloaded it to a specific place?
