Error In Program Written In Access 2007

    I have a database program written in Access,and I have a problem. After years of using it I had a need to uninstall and reinstall it. Now when I open it I get an error message that says:
    "a security concern has been identified etc. after the rest of the message it ask to"
    "Open or Cancel". When I click open I get it 2 more times and then the program runs fine.
    I think it wants me to trust the file but it doesn't give me that option. Any ideas how I can stop this annoyance?

    Please tell us your exact Operating System and any Service Pack if installed.
    Are you on a single private network, and is there any 'sharing' of folders/data.
