Error loading Explorer.exe

I think I am totally screwed. I had a Trojan Virus and was deleting crazy programs that were installed and apparently it deleted a .dll.

I can not turn on my computer, not even in safe mode without getting this pop up:

Error loading Explorer.exe. You must reinstall Windows. OK

Then:
A required .DLL file, C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\MSVCRT.DLL, was not found. OK

Then totally frozen.

Any suggestions.

All I know about my system right now is that I have Windows Me

I can't even get to anything else to get more info.

 

HERE is the solution. (You will need a startup disc)
