   I'm trying to install spy sweeper 6.0, but I keep getting error messages (1603). say fatal error during installation. I also notice that I have and earlier version of spy sweeper 5.5 that I can't remove from add/remove. Plz help!!!!

   I tried to install Windows Installer Clean up Utility, but it wan't install. It gives me a error message (1317) an error occurred while attemting to create the directory

   Try Revo Uninstaller to remove SS5
   http://majorgeeks.com/Revo_Uninstaller_d5706.html
   then run CCleaner http://www.majorgeeks.com/download4191.html
   to be sure there aren't any remnants left in the registry.
   Then try installing SS6 again.
