Error Message 5001

    Hi guys

    Please help. I have a friend who is trying to uninstall 'dance ejay 7' demo from her pc but everytime it starts it says 'error 5001' nothing else. I had a look on google but couldnt see anything appropiate.

    Any ideas

    Sorry abou the 1/2 message but i almost got caught by my boss reading your amazinf site and not working.

    Yes I have tried ccleaner I am a big fan of it myself buT it didnt help. I have just suggested to them to update the ikernel and isscript in install sheild.

    if that dont work, i will ask for help again

    close all apps (even those in the tray)and try uninstalling.
