Do you have Yahoo Toolbar installed? Seems to be the culprit from what I've read. Also bad RAM or malware are possibe causes. Three quotes are:
"turn your tabs off on yahoo toolbar and the problem will go away"
"I have run into odd issues with the Yahoo toolbar as well. When I see it on computers, I just remove it."
"Did this show up after an update to Yahoo tool bar? You can try system restore to an earlier date and this could correct this problem."

    Do you Yahoo?
