Error Message clscserv.exe

    I am new to this website and was looking for some assistance to the problem I have been having with an error messge dlbscserv.exe. I have tried several spyware probrams, Spybot and Spywaredoctor but I cannot find how to clear this up. It also causes my computer screen to freeze at times. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks.
