Error Message dlscserv.exe

Hi, I am new to the forum and I am wonering if anyone can help with an error message I have been getting - dlscserv.exe. It also sometimes causes my computer screen to freeze up. I have tried several anit-spyware programs (Spybot and Spydoctor). I have Norton System works. Any help would be appreciated.
