Error Message Help!

    Sometimes when I turn on my computer or when I restart it and it doesnt start right. I get this Error Message.

    Alert! Previous fan failure. Strike the F1 key to continue, F2 to run the Setup Utility.

    I have taken computer in before to get the fan fixed.

    Its a Dell 4600. Its about 3 years old.
