Error message on startup re hardware config

Hi guys

When starting up my computer I am getting the following message

Windows could not start because of a computer disk hardware config problem. Could not read from the selected boot disk. Check boot path and disk hardware. Pls check the windows documentation about hardware disk config and your hardware reference manuals for additional information.


And then when I reboot it starts up OK.... This happens nearly every time I try to boot the comp.

Any ideas???
