Error Message- TL instruction at 0xyt002F03

    When I close or restart my Toshiba Satellite A305 laptop, I get the following message:


    {44C6FB81-PS2WNDCLS-BF47-11A4-9FDD-0800460222F0): ps2.exe-application...


    "TL instruction at 0x65002F03 referenced memory at 0x00000006. The memory could not be read."


    Per one of the stickies, I ran the CleanMyPC Registry Cleaner; but this didn't solve the problem. I would appreciate your help in eliminating this message.
