"Cannot find the file 'C:\Program' (or one of its components). Make sure the path and filename are correct and that all required libraries are available."

This began to occur after I uninstalled a program. Incidentally, when I create a 'C:\Program' folder, upon login that folder opens up and there's no error message.

Is there a program that can get rid of this annoying error message?

    Thanks,

Did you 'Uninstall' the program or did you delete the directory? Reinstall whatever program you 'Uninstalled', reboot the computer. Then uninstall the program from Add or Remove Programs in the Control Panel. If it isn't in the control panel then use the programs native uninstaller, either found in the Programs Strat Menu folder or in its directory folder. Most likely C:\Program Files\(Name of the Program).

If anything, I deleted the directory or moved it to another folder.

When I create a folder named "Program" on my C drive and then move it, a message appears:

"[C:\Program]This change may impact one or more registered programs. Are you sure you want to continue"

Obviously, there is an instruction somewhere to open that directory upon login. My question is, Where can I find and delete that instruction?

    Thanks Dude,

It's a registry entry. You fix it by reinstalling the program for which you deleted/moved the directory; then uninstalling the program correctly. If that doesn't solve the problem run a registry cleaner; available here at Major Geeks in the Registry downloads section.
