Help! Just installed Outlook 2007. When I launch it, I get an error message: "The Add-in Mobile Phone Tools cannot be loaded and has been disabled by Outlook. Please contact the add-in mfgr for an update. If none is available, pplease uninstall the add-in". I've searched my computer many times and cannot find any "mobile phone tools" to uninstall. Where is it??? Many thanks!

Locate extend.dat and rename it to .old

This will reset the add-in registry cache which might have confused Outlook during the upgrade. This file will be recreated when you re-start Outlook. If you still get the same results do the same with outcmd.dat
