error message when ME starts

I've run Ad-Aware and removed all the critical and non-critical bugs. When I start ME I get 2 error messages 1) in SVRHOST: cannot create file [\windows\system32\svphost.exe] and 2) in MS Visual C++ runtime library: Runtime error! Program \windows\SYSTEM32|SVRHOST.EXE abnormal program termination .... I click OK to both and the system comes up ok ... do I have a virus or spyware on my system?
