Error message when printing

    Hi,
    I have installed a new Canon printer and sometimes when its finished printing i get the following message.

    Runtime Error.
    Program: C:\WINDOWSsystem32\rundll32.exe
    R6030
    - CRT not initialized

    I only see this message when documents have been printed,never do i see this at any other time.
    I have had a look around but can see the answer.
    Please can you advise what i need to do.
