   Out of nowhere, all of a sudden I keep getting "this program is not available" messages, read that it had something to do with Google Chrome, so I reset Chrome, then re-installed it. No change. Need a little help. T.I.A. Does not happen in I.E.

   To be clear, this message only appears when you are running or try to run chrome?
   
   I'm not sure why you posted in hardware; this seems more like a software problem than hardware.
