Error Message

Bought a movie" The Castle" tried to burn using DvdFab, Win 8.1 am getting a message "cannot play", bo thing else, any help appreciated.

You need to check what formats are supported by your DVD player.

 

I think the problem is the disk is region 2 I'm in region one, ran it thru DvdFab and no change, I thought the region was erased .

 

To be sure, you can check the region of your PC's DVD drive.

 

Thanks for the reply. The drive is region, disk region 2. Tried googling for tht procedure to get rid of the region none worked, I am using DvdFab and was told that it resets the dvd to
having a different region.
