error msg /help!

    Tried to install iTunes and recvd following error msg:

    Install Shield
    1607: Unable to install shield scripting runtime.

    How can I remedy this problem. Never happened before and would like to visit website. No programs were running at time of install. Using windows XP and system working fine till now.
    Could problem be in registry or bug in install program?

    Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
