Okay we have had problems lately to say the least. The AntiVir did find a few things that I got rid of. But every time we exit the internet there is this error:

The exception unknown software exception (0x0eedfade) occured in the application at location 0x7c812a5b. If you click OK it then says

    Runtime error 217 at 0314FD29

    Any help??

For a runtime error: Control Panel > Internet Options > Advanced (tab) then select Reset Explorer settings.

Lol now I am getting confused. No I did not go back to them, as I already stated there was no option to "reset explorer settings"

On both images posted it says Reset Internet Explorer settings and aside of that there is a Reset button.

Suppose you show us a screenshot of what appears when you go to
Control Panel > Internet Options > Advanced (tab)

Okay never mind. I was looking at all the little boxes with checks and did not see this. Duh! I read what it says - some things will be deleted, some not. Is there anything major it will delete that I will not want to do? Please advise. And thank you!!

it will not delete anything important as far as system operations, it may remove some of your custom browser settings but as long as you no what they are you can replace them
