error occurred during screen restoration

    Hello,

    My PC goes constantly to sleep mode, even when i put the sleep mode to 'never' in control panel.

    When i click in the start button it gives following msg: error occurred during screen restoration

    What can i do?

    What version of of windows are you running?
    What is the brand and model of computer? (We have no idea if this is a desktop or a laptop). If a desktop, what is the brand of monitor?

    I need the model of ASUS too. I have a netbook eeepc made by ASUS and there were 23 models of them the last time I looked, all with different hardware so a brand without the model is useless in terms of knowing what hardware is inside your laptop.
