Error playing e-card...

Hopefully I'm in the right place...

Home Dell XPS-400 Windows XP dial-up
Work Dell XPS-400 Windwos XP Pro T1

Got the following error message trying to play the Source File... a card from my grandson. It plays on my machine at work which is basically like the one at home... the basic differences are work is T1 and home is dial-up. I use Firefox on both. Here (home) I get the message below and a blank screen.

I am only allowed to use Firefox at work; it plays there fine. My MSIE 6.0 is screwed up here and the error shows up in Firefox.
Any clues on how I can fix this? Thanx.

Is it possible to capture this to a FLV file or the like? I figured I could capture it and play it back on the machine with the problem. Thanx.
