Error pops up every 5-10 min....

    WinXP Home SP2. Recently performed a repair install to fix some internet issues. This error was occuring before the repair install, and I was hoping that the repair would fix it. Everything on the PC seems to be working just fine, except for this error (see screen shot below) that says "Microsoft Feeds Synchronoziation has encountered an error... blah blah". It comes up randomly whether I'm online or not, and it happens once every 5-10min. What the @%$#&* is 'Microsoft Feeds Synchro'?
