"Error Run"

I have been receiving an error message on boot-up, stating Invalid Backweb Application Id 7288971.

I have no idea what has caused this problem. This much I can tell you, once my subscription for Norton anti-virus ended I have been receiving this message. I have installed Verizon Internet Security Suite and Spyware Killer and they have not fixed the problem.

This problem has also, caused my computer to run slow and sometimes the Wireless Network will not keep it's connection.

System: Microsoft Windows XP, Version 2002

Should I try the system restore or do you have any other ideas for me.
