Error Starting Program

    On startup, I get an Error starting program message: "THE HTTPCLIENT52.dll file is linked to missing export WININET.DLL:HttpSendRequestExA". Later in the startup process I get an additional Error starting program message: "The AUTODOWN.EXE file is linked to missing export WININET.DLL:InternetAutodialHangup". this second message may pop up more than once. Any ideas whats going on?
