Error when installing Windows Live Messenger

    I downloaded Windows Live Messenger from here at Major Geeks. First, the file size in the description is about 50mb smaller than the actual size of the download, but this is not a big deal.... I get a "not a valid Win32 application" error when I launch the setup file (screen shot of error is attached). I tried the setup on 3 different PCs and get the same error each time.... any thoughts?

    I'm going to download it directly from MS right now and see if it makes a difference....

    (BTW - I'm trying to install it on WinXP Pro SP3 if it matters)
