error while trying to run AA.

hi,

i have been trying to run america's army on my windows 2000 Pc.
i have all the game requirements. but as i try to run the game it gives me an error message saying something about rounding point zero devision by zero. and than it just crash's.

i have been told to download and reinstall the game again, and again. but i have downloaded the 728mb game 3 times from 3 different locations and installed it 5-6 different times. but it still doesn't work!!!

can you guys please let me know, if you know what to do.
