Error

I keep recieving this error when I open some things on my laptop. It is windows vista. It happend randomly one day and I am not sure whats causing it or how to fix it.

The pic is a bit small, or my resolution is set to high. Either way, what game is that? It appears that is what caused the crash. Just a guess.

 

It wasnt the game. That is a screenshot sent to me from warcraft lol. Ill enlarge pic in a sec.

Edit:
Ok i get the error while trying to install infranview to enlarge pic. I think the problem is somthing with Video Card. I have a Nvidia

I get it when I try to download some programs such as ventrilo. I have no idea what it is

 

ntvdm.dll is an old file relating back to windows NT.
there is a spyware replacement that could be your problem.
Let the Malware boys have a look.
