Hello bhattdeep212, First, let's start with some basic questions, so we know exactly what you are dealing with here:

What OS ( XP, Vista?) do you have on your system?
What exactly are you trying to download?
and what antivirus do you have?
Can you post a screen shot of this error?

This will help us understand what you are talking about, then we will go from there.. Thank you. ;)

In addition to answering TeeCee's questions above, it would be helpful if you could go through the Event Viewer and post any errors listed there that occured at the same time as the error you posted above. The Event Viewer can be accessed in XP by clicking Start, click Run, type compmgmt.msc and press Enter. In the left pane you'll see a little plus sign next to Event Viewer; click it and look through the System list and the Application list.
    :-D

OK, I see the screen shot, it looks like you are trying to rename a file? your 'puer isn't letting you, so let's do as dlb has described below...

" go through the Event Viewer and post any errors listed there that occured at the same time as the error you posted above. The Event Viewer can be accessed in XP by clicking Start, click Run, type compmgmt.msc and press Enter. Your screen shot looks as tho you are trying to rename a file... But, your computer isn't letting you, so let us see what is in the event viewer, and see what is going on... ;)

Oh, one more thing: XP or Vista?

It's an possible indication of malware. I suggest you go to the malware forum, do this:
READ & RUN ME FIRST. Malware Removal Guide

And when you have the logs, start a thread in that forum with the requested logs attached.

It may be a legit file related to uninstalling a program, but it would be best to check your logs.

    Do you have this installed:
    C:\Program Files\AIDA32

    Hi

In this HERE and #6 post from TimW (one of your resident malware experts) mentions to run the guide he posted, but once finished start a NEW thread in the malware forum here and attach the logs requested in the guide and they will review them to double check that you dont have any malware infections that could cause this.

BUT also are you logged on as the admin in Windows XP, if not logon in the admin users account.

If you already have Orbit Downloader installed and are updating it to latest version DO make sure you close/exit it before running the updater as you cannot in many cases update a file thats already in use.
