error

    Win xp
    512 ddr 2100
    2.3 celeron
    don't know mobo
    here goes...when exiting internet xplorer i am getting this message...

    "Application Error
    The instruction @ 0x77f5215e referenced
    memory @ 0x007f4fcc memory could
    not be written
    OK to terminate program"

    this doesn't crash system i am stumped
    ne help to sort this out.

    system has just been built......just added internet connection last night....could internet xplorer be a fault.........????

    You might find an explanation/work around by using the Search Events function on the EventID site . First, search both Application and System sections of your XP's Event Viewer for the Event ID and Source for the error you're getting. Then browse to (http://eventid.net/), click the Search Events link, enter your Event ID and Source, and click Search.
