    This is the message I keep getting in my Outlook, I cannot send anything, but I do receive altho. sometimes very slow!
    By the way I have Vista.

    An unknown error has occurred. Subject 'Fw: Fw: Life Cycle of Democracy', Account: 'imap.gmail.com', Server: smtp.gmail.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 465, Secure(SSL): Yes, Error Number: 0x800CCC0B

    I was also prompted to download ErrorEnd, it was advertised as a special price of $29. so I filled out all of the required info and when the charge came back it had posted $39., I called and cancelled the whole thing.

    What Service Pack is your Vista at?

    What version and Service Pack is your Outlook at?

    However your error code does come up on a search of the MSKB in this one HERE so run the steps and see if that resolves the issue, do reboot once the steps are done before using Outlook again.
