Errors and "suwin"

I dug my computer into a crap hole. I had gotten internet on my computer through wireless internet. I bought a anti-virus program but a few days ago my computer was running slow and stopped responding alot so I decide to unistall all my updates because I updated then it slowed down my comp. So then I startup my computer and it has a problem with krnl386 in almost like every program. I restarted my comp. then it comes up with like 5 errors when I go to the login screen and when I log on. I get like .dll problem and some programs in my system tray wont work. I tryed to use my OS install disc (ME) while in windows but it doesn't work.I start with my boot disc and It does get to work all the way to 65% then it says suwin has a problem and stops the installation. The only thing that works is my safe mode that has no errors in it.

How do I get my computer back to normal (No error messages and all programs working)?

Can anyone recommend any programs for fixing .dll files or errors.
