Errors found on 7900gtx using VMT

I have blue or sometimes yellow dotted line that shows up at random times on my desktop, start menu, fixefox and in games but not all the time. I ran Video memory stress test for 6:23:45 and found 315,266 errors I know very little about this program so I don't know if it means bad ram or not. The video card is a Leadtek 512mb 7900gtx. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

I haven't used this program but it seems to me that if you get ANY errors when running a video memory stress test coupled with visually noticeable display issues that the video card is not 100%. Hopefully it's under warranty....
I tried going to VMT's home page for info, but it's all in Russian and worthless to me. If you can read Russian, maybe they have details as to whether there's an 'acceptable' error threshold, but I would think that even one error is too many.
