ESS won't update

I'm using Eset Smart Security for a while now and today I decided to check for updates to see if anything's wrong with auto-update. The last update was on Feb 27th, and the virus signature database version is 3893. I tried to update it manually but I got the message that update was not necessary and the virus signature database was current when it's obviously not. However, I still checked "Virus Database Updates" forum to be sure and the latest update was at 3920s.

Do you know what may have caused this and how can I fix it, please help. Thanks in advance.
