Eternal Reboot... Can't Uninstall in Safe Mode

Hi,

I am using a desktop with a Korean version of Windows XP. I found someone to translate things when I am really stuck and have no clue what messages I am receiving from XP, but still, things aren’t easy.

I installed Nero and had to restart the computer. I did so, but then the computer go stuck in a reboot cycle. I did a restore to the restore point before Nero’s installation, but that didn’t solve my problem.

The only way I can use my computer now is in safe mode. I thought of uninstalling Nero since all my trouble began with it, but the problem is I cannot access the uninstaller within XP’s safe mode.

So, if anyone has any idea what I could/should try, please let me know but because of XP being a Korean version (I don't know Korean much!) I would need very simple instructions/suggestions if that's possible. Sorry about that.

 

Why ?????????? are you useing a Korean version if you don't understand the lang.

I find your post disappointingly useless and irrelevant to finding a solution to my problem, but I will take the time to satisfy your curiosity anyway.

I am not Korean but I have been living and working in Korea for a few years now. The desktop I am using at home (and all the ones at work) was bought in Korea and obviously has a Korean version of Windows XP. Satisfied?

Now, if you could provide some helpful information about how to solve my problem I'd be delighted, and from a quick look at your stats you seem to be the kind of person who could manage that. Otherwise, please refrain from wasting people's time.
