Ethernet and Video Controller

I have an Acer Aspire 5100 that was wiped by the previous owner. I have installed most of the devices, but there are still two in the device manager with yellow flags. Those two are the Ethernet Controller and the Video Controller (VGA compatible). Does anyone have the files so I can restore them or know where I can get it (I tried reinstalling the ones on the computer, but it didnt work). Thanks! (BTW, my ethernet port works, its just my wireless that doesnt).

Need to know your operating system and service pack #.

 

sorry, should have included that. I have Windows XP Professional Version 2002 Service Pack 2

 

Download and install chipset driver, first: http://us.acer.com/acer/service.do?...tx1g.c2att92=453&ctx1.att21k=1&CRC=2054404012
That should take care of video driver.
Then, get LAN driver.

 

I already checked the Acer website and there wasnt a chipset or a wireless driver there. But, thank you for suggesting I look into the chipset, I found a website that has all my drivers. For anyone else interested in all the drivers for the Acer 5100 look at this website:
