Ethernet Controller driver missing

I have an acer aspire e380, in device manager the ethernet controller is highlighted and no driver installed. Ive tried installing the chipset drivers from acer but that didn't work and even google is drawing a blank

 

I think ive found the one i need but need a big favour from someone. Could someone please download it from..

its the LAN_DRIVER_MARVEL_Ver.10.22.7.3
And upload it somewhere else. Reason i ask is it wont let me download from there possibly because im using my phone as a modem at the moment.

You shouldn't have any trouble downloading the file, it may take a while if your on dialup because it's 19.6 MB.

That link worked fine thanks very much. Im using my mobile as a modem and cant connect to a ftp server directly.. Apreciate your help.
