ethernet controller driver?

just received a hp omnibook 4150 laptop. os is win 2k

Device manager has yellow ? on ethernet controller and pci simple communication controller. I do not believe the drivers were loaded and the wizard can not find them. Can someone point me in the right direction/

 

Once you get to the wizard it will ask if it can connect to the internet to search for drivers check the NO not at this time.

Next it will ask if it can search your computer check NO install from a location. It is the advanced option.

Next it will ask where you want to search. Check the advanced option again I think it says I will choose what driver.

The next screen will have a driver picked out for you if the box that says Show compatable devices is checked.

Install the high lighted option and see what happens.
