    I have a system on the bench here, and EULALIB.EXE keeps loading up and eating up 100% of the CPU, even in safe mode. I've disabled everything, shut down all services to bare bones, ran adaware, spybot, etc, etc. I'm just trying to backup the data that's on this system, and give it a fresh install. But this little #@$% is giving me grief.

    My question, anyone know what this is? I've done searches, and find nothing on it.
