Even more Win Service Pack 2 Problems

    Please don't download service pack 2 if you don't have it. Anyway, now I can't download music on it. Any program, soulseek, utorrent, restricts my downloads to nothing, can't download shit. This only started happening after downloading win service pack 2, so I can assume who to thank. I can't believe that win would sell such a piece of shit as this but I had to download it. Can anyone help me out?
