Well hello there my good fellows and fellowettes :wave

Been ages since I've been on here. Been pretty busy with work.

Hope all are well, I see we have had some changes made.... where is the networking forum gone? I need Answers!! :-D

Yeah so it's been a pretty harsh winter for this area, been up towers and roofs all winter, averaged -18C without wind, I've hardened to it, was up to -8C today and I was down to a tshirt :major

Work is good though, installing the TV for Shaw, thats meh, but I also install fixed wireless and satellite 4g internet. These I like doing, more of a challenge and always starting from fresh.
The boss and I have have built up a bit more business by training the other 3 guys how to install routers after the internet hookup. And I am getting work with range extensions, home networking and Pc repair etc.
Our name is spreading for the extra work, so that's good

Anyway, I'm off to find the networking section, I need to find somewhere I can buy routers in bulk, we are looking at buying probably 50+ each time... just in case anyone reading this might know :-D

 

Definite long time no see. Admittedly, I go AWOL for a bit myself now and again. :-D


In my neck of the woods, it's pretty much been a storm per week as of late. We've gotten a break and this past weekend (especially Sunday) was gorgeous, but I don't expect it to last...
