Event Id 4101

I found something you might have to change to get this to stop.
1. Launch NVIDIA Control Panel
2. In the 3D Settings pane select "Manage 3D settings".
3. In the Global Settings scroll table find "Power Management mode" and switch to "Prefer Maximum Performance"

After you make the change, reboot.

Let me do some more searching. There were lots of posts and not knowing exactly what you had, I picked nVidia. (Typical, I usually pick the wrong line to wait in at stores. I always pick the one where the person ahead of me has MAJOR problems!)

I assume it is an Intel graphics chip on the motherboard rather than a card because it is a laptop.

Have you looked at the motherboard driver's at Lenovo's site? (I can never see anything there unless I put in specific info, which I don't have).

You could do an autoscan

Last, you could go to Intel, get your product identified and get it to install the correct driver.
