How accurate are the times and dates in the Event Viewer Security Log? If someone remotely accessed my computer, would the time and date be the exact moment someone logged on and off my computer? I am trying to pin down the time and date to find out who was on my computer. Thank you for your help.

The time and date should be accurate, are you running a Windows server with terminal services / remote desktop running? I suppose time logs and date stamps can be changed but this is fairly unlikely.

The security log is on a PC with Windows XP and IBM Director Agent and the remote program is IBM Director run from another PC with XP and IBM Director Console.
