EventViewer-same error listed many MANY times

Windows XP Home SP3 - if I go look in the Event Viewer after booting up this particular PC, I see one error listed over and over and over and over. I attached a screen shot below to illustrate what I'm talking about. I'm in the process of researching it, but any input from MG land will be appreciated.

(there were other errors relating to a bad AVG install and a corrupt Java install which have already been remedied, but maybe this error is related somehow?)

you probably already found this article seems to be an error generated when using the add and remove programs function anyway i found this at MS " http://support.microsoft.com/kb/328213 " there is a hot fix for it

 

W O W ! ! ! That was fast!!! Thanks! And, No, I hadn't found that particular article yet, so double thanks. I'm giving it a read now, but in the meantime, if anyone else some info, feel free to post.
