Everest Ultimate - question about trial version

I can't seem to find any info on the trial version... how long is the trial? Does it have all options and features, or are some features 'locked out'? They have a zipped stand-alone version that can be run from a USB flash drive or CD; how does this affect the trial status? etc.....
