Every Game is crashing. since format.

i formatted my computer on monday, installation went perfect. the first time i booted up, i then installed my graphics card drivers then all my software that was needed, i then remembered i had forgotten to install my mobo drivers along with agp drivers. so now everytime i try to play a game it freezes and then my monitor goes blank and says signal over range, i think i should format my pc again and install all mobo drivers before gfx drivers? i just need to ask you guys to see if this is right? becuase if it isnt i dont want to take a another step the wrong way.

 

You should be able to install the mobo drivers now, and then reinstall the Graphics Card drivers.

 

i ahve tried but still does the same. its weird, our of the games i play soldier of fortune 2 seem to mees right up when im playing and the monitor just turns off, same for far cry. but bf2 demo doesnt , and im guessing that bf2 is more of a demanding game.

 

Just the monitor turns off? Check and see if it's going to standby mode.

 

i sorted it now but thanks anyway, i had to install .net framework. and then my catalyst control centre worked so now everything works.
