every site including yours gives corrupted installation files

i posted two days ago with this - every time i try to download on any site i get error reading from file possible bad installation media or corrupt install files and it halts it - or corrupt sources files-

i tried the mal ware procedure - none of it was on system tried updating java got installer corrupt on you5r site and java's site

finally gave up and wiped the system- guess what- the problem is still there

i am on a wireless running off of mom's cable system- tried to download a driver from her pc and it will not let her down laod anything says - something is blocking it and fire wall is offffff

It is possibly one of several things: bad RAM, bad wifi adapter, or a bad hard drive (and possibly a bad CPU or MB). The problem with Mom's PC is a whole different issue and may be due to limited permissions (ie; not an Administrator account) or possibly malware. With your system, if you formatted the HD and installed clean Windows (I'm assuming Windows XP) and you still get corrupt files, then it is hardware problem either in your PC, or possibly in the router or modem. You need to run some diagnostics on your hard drive and RAM to be sure they are 100%. Try connecting your PC directly to the modem with an ethernet cat5 cable; do NOT use the router. If you still get corrupt files, then the problem is either the modem or one of the previously mentioned items on your PC (RAM, HD, etc).

this problem is solved- pc has new hard drive- more memory and full updates
