   RightGirl Private First Class

   A friend of mine has DSL, yet his Norton update attemtps to dial up, his Quicken attempts to dial up, his Outlook email attempts to dial up.
   What is set up wrong?
   What needs to be changed to stop attempting dial-up and default to DSL?
   I'm not sure what his operating system is.
   I do believe it's XP Home
