everything is gone

    well ..i knew better but it had a demonoid read me...and a read me for the k-lite codex...i went to erase...but instead...i clicked on the k-lite...it immediately disappeared...i knew it was bad...closed down all and ran restore...looked mormal...but when windows went to appear..lasted 1/2 sec and went to blue screen...turned off...back on....got black screen which gives

    safe mode
    safe mode/?
    safe mode ??
    last safe moment?

    normal start...any choice ran the diagnostic? list then went to blue screen...i called pc people..they came and took the tower..
    they just called ..said they will bring it back tomorrow...
    everything is gone....

    so my question....i trust u guys more then anyone...
    is there any chance of saving anything?
    pics...docs

    anything? anyway?

    There is no way of knowing what they will end up doing to your computer. When you get it back, let us know what happened and we will see if there is anything we can do to assist you.

    i just spoke with them...they said when they began working on it...there was nothing left!!!

    they have reloaded it as if it was new....

    will return it tomorrow....

    i'll post more when i find out more...thanks
    i am gutted and feeling tremendously stupid

    Then it sounds like they have done a clean install and all of your previous files and data are gone. :(
