evga precision and 8800gt quesiton

After a few years I decided to randomly look up the specs of the video card that I have been using (evga geforce 8800 gt 512mb) and also installed that evga precision to check out the temps and speeds of the card. When I compared the 2 shown numbers they were way off, now I'm very curious to know if my card has been running underclocked this entire time, or is the evga precision readings wrongs. I have a screenshot of the numbers from the specs from evga site and my evga precision readings.
