    I have a worksheet with with Parts and Cost for each part.

    PartCost1$10 2$20 3$30 4$40 5$50

    I would like to have another worksheet (Device) that is made up with various parts. I would like to retrieve the cost for each part and create a total cost for the device.

    Device 1PartCost1from database3from database5from databaseTotal0Device 2PartCost1from database2from database3from databaseTotal0

    How can I get the cost data from the master schedule to my device schedules. I would like to change the cost in the master part schedule & it will update the devic schedule.

    Are you sure that Access or some other database wouldn't be a better application for what you're trying to do? You could have one table with parts and prices for each and another to associate parts with an assembly. Good Luck.
